Aquatic Massage combines the free flowing stretches of yoga with traditional massage techniques, including (ART) Articulation Release Therapy in the healing waters of Thermopolis in a nurturing, balancing, secure and serene environment. Each session take place in chest-high natural mineral hot springs of 94-98 degrees. The head is held above water while the buoyancy of the water facilitates release of gravity on the spine, allowing the client to float horizontally while supported by the therapist. This enables the client to relax and release tension throughout the body while the therapist freely and gently moves through positions ans stretches that cannot be fully experienced on land. Sessions include reflexology, which is designed to access the body's systems and organs through the feet and hands, creating a heightened sense of relaxation and bringing balance to the body, mind and spirit. Sessions are one hour with a sliding fee ranging between $35.00-$50.00 depending upon what the client can afford and how much it means to them. Gift certificates available.
